SMART HEATER is a heat storage system - PASSIVE and ACTIVE - which transforms a POLIBOX isothermal container into an advanced ready-to-maintain food processor.
SMART HEATER works as a thermal equalizer: when the temperature of the food inserted in POLIBOX is higher than the temperature of the storage tank (65°C), the excess heat is absorbed.
By connecting an empty container to the grid, the heat generators raise the air temperature parallel to the POLIBOX and the temperature of the storage tank until it reaches 65° C.
SMART HEATER accumulator immediately releases thermal energy when the temperature of the food in POLIBOX falls below the one that of the accumulator (65°C).
SMART HEATER exploits thermal inertia acting like a glider. The accumulator, charged with energy, becomes a real thermal flywheel capable of yielding heat at different speeds and intensities according to the needs.
Thanks to the thermal flywheel offered by the accumulator, Smart continues to transfer heat to the food (for a prolonged period) even after the container has been disconnected from electricity.

SMART HEATER uses modulating heaters that autonomously, without the need for any control circuit or thermostat, and depending on the temperature of the food inserted in POLIBOX container increase or decrease the heat generated (up to almost completely reduce consumption).
